Technical Meeting with Client & Appointed Vendors
Conduct a technical meeting with the couple and all appointed vendors 7–3 days before the wedding to review the final timeline, responsibilities, venue arrangements, and wedding-day coordination requirements. -
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
Coordinate the wedding rehearsal one day before the wedding, guiding the couple and relevant participants through the ceremony flow, entrances, exits, and key movements. -
Wedding Day Coordination
Coordinate your wedding day from start to finish, including vendor arrivals and setup, timeline management, ceremony and reception flow, entrances, speeches, entertainment, and other planned activities. -
