Create and finalize a detailed wedding day timeline and rundown based on your existing plans, venue requirements, and vendor schedules. -
Vendor Information & Coordination
Review your appointed Bali wedding vendors, their agreed services, schedules, and requirements to ensure our team has the information needed to coordinate your wedding day. -
Wedding Details & Logistics Review
Review key wedding day details and logistics, including décor, entertainment, catering, guest arrangements, ceremony flow, and other planned elements. -
Technical Meeting with Client & Appointed Vendors
Conduct a technical meeting with the couple and all appointed vendors 7–3 days before the wedding to review the final timeline, responsibilities, venue arrangements, and wedding-day coordination requirements. -
Final Wedding Day Preparation
Conduct a final review of the agreed wedding-day arrangements to ensure the La Luna wedding coordination team is fully briefed and ready for the celebration. -
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
Coordinate the wedding rehearsal one day before the wedding, guiding the couple and relevant participants through the ceremony flow, entrances, exits, and key movements. -
Wedding Day Coordination
Coordinate your wedding day from start to finish, including vendor arrivals and setup, timeline management, ceremony and reception flow, entrances, speeches, entertainment, and other planned activities.
Please note: On-the-Day Coordination is designed for couples who have already planned and arranged their wedding. Our service begins approximately 1.5 months before the wedding, allowing us to review the existing plans, coordinate the necessary details with your appointed vendors, and prepare for a seamless wedding-day execution, while the planning and arrangements remain with the couple.
