TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Our rates already include a maximum of five meetings with our event manager. This is to ensure that we fully understand your requirements and preferences, and that we can deliver exactly what you need.
- We coordinate based on the personalized rundown you create and the agreement you have with the vendors. Our team of expert coordinators will make sure everything runs smoothly and seamlessly on the day of the event.
- We require a minimum of one event manager and five crew members for any event that wishes to use our on the day coordinator services. This is to guarantee the highest level of excellence in execution, and to make sure that your event is a resounding success.
